- Rates include official tour guide for 4 hours in the Rome in one day Tour to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums and 6 hours ( 3 hours each day ) for the Rome in two days tour to visit the ancint Rome and the Vatican Museums. The Mercedes Minivan and the Driver for the Rome in one day tour and Rome in two days tour are included.
- The Tours on this website are not refoundable.
- The tickets are Not refoundable.
- If you want to change the date of the tour is possible, but you’ll need new tickets. The date of the tour can be changed 3 days in advance. This is an extra cost to be add it on the cost of the tour you’ve already booked before. In order to provide the highest level of service with our Best Tour guides and guaranteed tour schedules, amendments or changes require 72-hours’ minimum notice, and are subject to ticket availability for the new date. Vatican Rome Tour will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever possible.
- Transfers by taxi and lunch are not included.
- The tours has to be confirmed 3 days in advance. To confirm the service we need a valid card number, VISA, MASTERCARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.

- IMPORTANT: The Vatican Museums are closed on sundays, except the last of the months. On this day we do not arrange any tour of the Vatican Museums because the entrance is free and is not possible to skip the lines.
- COMPLAINTS
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
